Daterra - Low caf pulped natural 🇧🇷

from DKK 200.00

The one and only Daterra in Brazil! For many years has Daterra been on the cutting edge of what is possible in coffee farming practice! They’ve comitted them selves to do regenerative farming and use bio based solutions to make sure they leave a positive impact on their enviroment.

The coffee we bought from Daterra is a little bit of a rare one. We’ve been super interested in ways to make brews with less caffeine, and it’s not as easy as it seems when we don’t want to compromise on saftig’ness :) with our brew methods, it hits the spot!

This lot is based on two rare varieties that is genetically low in caffeine - Aramosa and Laurina. These varieties deliver less caffeine without the flavour destruction that de-caffeination processes impacts.

With notes of White florals, walnut, licurice and green grapes.🌼🍇🌰
